try www.t-recycle.co.kr
this second hand store's site is in Korean, but you should be able to find the ovens by the pictures on the right.
I didn't see any microwave/oven combos, but there are regular ovens there. and the microwaves are all decently priced.
Good luck! |

I bought one @ hi-mart for 500,000W... but bought it in USD which equaled to about $350.
It's a magic microwave/convection steam oven combo and I LOVE IT.
I don't regret buying it at all. So far I've made spinach dip, chile con queso, chile relleno, chocolate chip cookies, pumpkin pie, peanut butter chocolate bar, steamed veggies, soup, roasted pumpkin (OMG THIS WAS TO DIE FOR)...
It's big enough to do a roast but I haven't tried yet.
The convection takes a little while to get used to.... and don't forget that once you have it... you'll be spending a lot more to get your crisco, butter, and vanilla extracts, spices. lol
Temperature guages will MOST definitely be in celcius so you'll have to convert all of your recipes.
The microwave is lifesaver for thawing out ready made meals. (mine is a 800W so things heat up really quickly)
In the long run, you still end up saving money (if you buy groceries at the open markets) for much healthier meals that don't consist of rice + pickled veggies.
Plus my fiance has found reason to live again lol. Definitely worth the investment. |

I bought a oven locally for 90,000 won it was great functions and cooks well. It is hard to beat that price new. If you want more info let me know. ([email protected]) I think you can find most things like that on http://global.gmarket.co.kr and they offer their services in English. |

You can buy the basic LG Dios convection/Microwave oven for about 300,000 w/free delivery at most LG stores. Not bad when you consider how much a decent toaster oven costs in this country! I was buying a phone at the time and got it even cheaper. It heats to 250C in like 13min, awesome for pizza. It also has combination cooking so you can cook meats and roasts in like 1/3 the normal time.
One thing about it is that the convection fan is quite strong. Great for nachos/pizza and what not, but takes some practice for baking. If you have the room for it, and a gas connection, there are always full sized ovens that people seem to have a hard time getting rid of. |
