The information is not as in-depth as the individual guides but who really wants to be carrying all those books. Compared to Lonely Planet, Let's Go focuses more on budget traveling and is excellent in terms of accommodation suggestions. It is well researched and provides good information on all relevant information. Really liked the recommended itineraries and for each country it provides listings and information about things to do.

yep the comment about 'who wants to carry aII those books' is spot on. I'm pIanning a bit of a sabbaticaI through that part of the worId & the one book that had a few bits & pieces on a few diff countries wouId def be handy.

no worries...
The countries in the book include Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, The Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. |
