| I have a Macbook air, just over 6 months old. Airport shuts off by itself frequently, USB and audio output are not working at all. Quite possibly the most disappointing purchase I've ever made, however it would be nice to get it fixed. It was purchased in the USA. Anyone has experience getting Mac products fixed here? I'm aware I'll have to pay for the service. |

| My friend had his Macbook serviced in Gwanju at a Mac dealer. He spilt beer on it and they took it apart, checked for corrosion, and did other work on it. When they were done with it, the laptop was working and only cost my friend 70,000 won. |

I have a Macbook, and it's getting to be really tough to turn it on.
Where do people usually go to take care of these things? My Macbook is about three years old but many of its parts are newer- motherboard replaced about 7 months ago, battery and CD drive replaced a little over a year ago.
Note: I will never buy a Mac again. Anyway, it would be really nice if it would stop shutting off of its own accord. |

I'm just curious - do any of you who are having problems do maintenance on your macs? run script permissions, etc.?
I use onyx maybe 2 x a week - no problem tho mine is maybe 1 year old now (mac book pro). |
