|
|
My friend is coming over to Korea in a couple of weeks and since it's winter, I thought we may be able to engage in a bit of skiing or snowboarding.
My closest ski resort is called Jisan ski resort. I'm not sure what it's like or if they offer any kind of instruction.
Does anyone know of a good resort that would provide some instruction?
Maybe instruction isn't necessary. We could just play around some.
Any thoughts? |

I've only been to Phoenix Park (last weekend) and I don't know if I'd honestly recommend learning here. I'm sure it's possible, and likely a better idea to do it during the week when it's less busy, but the beginner slopes were packed. I tried teaching my friend to ski (a disaster), but we found a nice secluded spot for her to practice out of the way.
I'm sorta rambling, sorry, but you should try to see if a buddy can teach you because I doubt they'd have English instructors. |

All the Korean mountains are easy. Lots of green runs. And the "black" runs are really blue on world standards.
But for English instruction? You'd better start making phone calls to each resort about that, I doubt you will find it. |
