just happened yesterday. I'm not one to focus on males, I prefer to focus on the females, but being a people watcher means I have to notice everything and this guy couldn't be overlooked.

I don't know how old.. I'm going to guess mid to later 20's
6'2. Lean, but built, with definitive shoulder to waist spread.
cool, modern Western hairstyle. No fairy or Klingon Korean hair.
no metrosexual fairy dress. Jeans. nice desinger type shirt top. Pretty boy/delicate face, but yet chiseled in a masculine way at the same time.
that was ALL.

I have to honestly say he's the best looking Korean male up to date that I have seen. I am sure his height helps, but he has everything else going for him.

kicker? I did NOT see him in Korea.
I saw him in Ayala Mall in Cebu last night... on his arm was an impossibly tall (for a Filipina) girl, who was also no bow wow in the looks department.

in short.. the guy looked like a Calvin Klein model.... and in fact... he probably is a model of some kind.. along with his gf.

Lots of K-boys around here with Filipina girlfriends. It must be heaven for them. They walk around with them without having to hold their bags... and learn women actually have a butt and breasts and that there are more sexual positions than starfish.

(of course, on negative side, they can't put their girl in a headlock or give her a whack)

anyways.. in my professional opinion, there should be no English studying for Korean males of university age and up. Just take all that money poured down the drain, send them to the Phillippiness.. give them a stipend and in a year, their English will be QUITE good I am sure

and they'll become much happier men on top of it .

I don't have any comments on the Korean male thing, but curse you for mentioning being in Cebu. I got to shop for boots with my gf today in cold and snowy conditions walking around Myeong-dong.

February can't come soon enough when it's off to Vietnam/Cambodia/Laos for several weeks.

Enjoy your time there. Cold and crappy weather will be waiting for you when you come back.

A model ( I think he is mixed-blood) who is always dressed with fake products by his designer and made fun of.

Anyway, he is the hottest guy (if he is half Korean) I have ever seen here...

i woudn't have mentioned it except I found it hilarious that I saw the best looking Korean guy after being in Korea for 6 months.. OUTSIDE of Korea

it's a little hot here.. but I'll get used to it. Otherwise... umm... a bit "desolate" here...and other than the so called bikini bars (also very popular with Koreans LOL) really NOT that much to do nightlife wise (I'm a little shocked). I was going to spend most of my time here, but am strongly reconsidering and will probably check out some other places.

Also annoyingly shocking there are no pools and or beaches nearby. The paid resorts of Mactan island are over an hour away (GASP). I refuse to stay isolated in a "resort".

first Korean guy I've personally seen though that I'd call "studly" under the Western definition of the term.

Is the half-half guy you're talking about Riki Kim, perhaps? He's in a lot of shows these days. I thought he was good-looking, too, but a lot of it has to do with lighting and make-up, I figure.
