Pension office numbers....different for hogwan employees?

What is the number for the pension office? I called them, they told me to call a seperate office for private school teachers and there was no answer. What do I need to do to sort out this pension thing? Anyone know the exact wording of the law. I have the pension page link, but the documents are not easy to sift through.
