My students come over and fan me with palm leaves during the summer. Someone less fortunate can pick it up. Cool

Trevor- after I sell it, how much to rent out a few of your students this summer?!

well, my house is 25 pyong and that says it's only rated for 15, so it's not exactly ideal for me. I'll bump the offer up to 350

A 15 pyung aircon will be more than adequate for your place. Actually, we're looking at aircons, and we've been told that a 15 pyung will be just enough for a 32 pyung place (that's because actual pyung is 80% of the number they give). They rate somewhat conservatively on aircon pyung.
