I tried snowboarding for the first time in my life a few years back, and loved it, although I had never been in US, back home (just skiing--and then very seldomly). I was a skater in high school though, so it felt natural a bit.

What have you picked up (and I don't mean women/men/ducks)? Shocked

(I used to work at a high school and loved the loads of time I had to do all this stuff and the months off during the winters and summers and every break in between).

Brewing beer. Serves a couple purposes....Gives me something to do (I love to cook, so spending a few hours brewing is nice and relaxing). Then afterwards I have my own beer to drink, so I don't have to poison myself with Korean beer.

haedong gumdo.

i studied regular kendo in uni and was bored to tears with it, but any sport that allows you to swing a 3-foot blade around cutting swathes of destruction is pretty awesome in my book

Texting, in the 1 month I've been here I have had over 500 text messages.

In America, I probably only had 100.

This isn't Will, is it?

If not, the site you should sign up on is www.uer.ca . We have more information about locations to visit there, more information from people around the world, and more plans about trips. The Facebook group doesn't really do anything. There are a lot of people on there but only me and one other guy do any actual exploring. We're hitting up an abandoned amusement park in Suwon tomorrow.

Wouldn't it be cool if they opened up one of the subway stations under construction for special visiting days. I'dlove to see how subway stations and tunnels are constructed. I bet a lot of people would enjoy it and it would make a nice change from palaces and markets.

It used to be HapKiDo in my former existence here, but now i enjoy rolling drunken businessmen who are asleep on the street/sidewalk.

I just started last Spring and I've already collected 38 wallets!

The largest consideration is (of course) CCTV.
