| How can the camel pack never have been used if there is a massive tear in it and another smaller tear near it? Just wondering... |

The waterpack itself, has never been used; however, I did use the bookbag but literally once or twice. My friend's dog, which I was babysitting, got a hold of it and that's where the tear came from. Everything's like new EXCEPT the teare, but the strap is still sturdy and nothing that a little snowing can fix up.
