Any advice for a Cebu hotel?(15-20 usd) I get in late and will leave on a SuperFerry the following evening. Somewhere I can walk around and do some quick clothes shopping/sightseeing/lunch, then head to the ferry. Thanks.

My hotel in Cebu costs 2200 pesos a night. its called the cebu grand hotel. la pension florentina would be cheaper. most are quoting rates of about 2000 a night.
