So apparently it's N.Korean freedom week in Seoul. This site has the schedule of events http://www.nkfreedom.org/index.php?id=29
However, it doesn't explicitly say if any of the conferences or forums, or even galleries have English. Some of the guest speakers have foreign names so I'm assuming they will be speaking in English, but there are also obviously a ton of Korean names. Anybody in the loop who knows?
