Hi,

I would like to know which brand of mixer grinder/mixies will be useful in preparing a batter made from pre-soaked wet rice and black gram(urad dal). This is for Indian recipes like dosas or Idli. i am not sure if you have heard of them. But what I need to know is which brand will help in grinding them and taking the load.
I had bought one second hand mixer and it did grind for the first time, but the next time, the motor broke I guess, coz it isnt working anymore.
The blade should be solid too without breaking.
Please suggest me a brand and any particular model that I can buy in seoul which will be useful for the above mentioned purpose.
