I live in Daejeon and I saw in a restaurant a big bag of this that someone had baught.

I'm wondering if anybody has seen any places that might carry this? I didn't get a chance to ask the person about it as it was just sitting there and my Korean isn't to the point where I can ask around, 'who owns this?' and 'where did you buy it?'

Thanks!

If u buy it from a store in Korea be prepared to pay a hefty mark up. There are online resources that are way cheaper. Do a search it has been discussed many times.

thanks for the reply.

And I would search, but the problem is - the is one of the worst functioning forums out there and the search is right on par with that. I try but I get totally worthless posts everytime.

I will keep trying google though. Thanks again for the links.

I use the above. You don't have to join you can just contact the store via email (usually listed at the bottom of the first page or in the contact us section) and order that way by depositing the money in their account. Just look for what u want on the site, write them an email ordering it and ask for their bank acct info, include your address for where u want it shipped to and just deposit the cash in their acct after they give u the total. They ship directly from the states but if I remember correctly the shipping is only 5 or 10,000 won. service is fast as well. I buy the 5 kilo bags and they last almost a year for me. Also, u could try searching Gmarket but I think you'll find the prices will be much higher w/ them.

Good luck!

I thought I saw a giant can of whey powder at Costco this afternoon in Seoul. You might want to check the one near Homever in Daejeon to see if they carry it.
