With all the confusion over the new E-2 visa requirements, I was wondering how the community is feeling about their future in SK.

I strongly suspect that I'm renewing because of the new regulations... however, this is because people other than me are concerned about them. I think the main reason I get to keep my job for another year is that I'm a safe bet.

I have no fear of the new regs, I can get a new CRC in a few days if I have to. (Hoping to not have to anyway.)

Do you get evaluated by your students/staff? If this will be your fourth year (correct?) you're clearly doing a good teaching job, don't be so self deprecating. Smile

Well, donkeykongteachlife, even though I'm trying to renew at this school they're all really confused about the new regulations, so God knows.

How can you get it so quickly? Have a relative working for the FBI?

I just renewed for another year in December, and all they said was I would need a CRC and diploma verification for next year, but by that time I'll be married and have my F2. So the new rules have been no problem for me.
