|
I was given a cell phone from a co-worker that got it from... well, someone else.
All i want is some kind of pay-as-you-go plan. I have no idea what company the phone had been used through in the past.
What I need to know is if any phone can be used for this or if this phone will only work with its original company. And, where i can go to have it activated - preferably by someone with enough English to work with me.
I know nothing about cell phones here, so any advice would be greatly appreciated |

| There are three options: LGTelecom, SKT, or KTF. For example, if your cellphone has a SKT name on it, you should go to a SKT branch and get service. You'd probably need your id, complete mailing address, and maybe a credit card or your bank account number. I suggest you take a Korean friend with you or they'll try to sign you up for all kinds of extra services you don't really need. A basic plan would cost about 13,000 per month. |
