| Contract was sent to me from ps using the above, and yet I get a Windows error message and cannot open it. Could someone help me on this please? It is a zip file but when I click on the symbol it says Windows error..the yellow triangle and some Korean verbage in the box. |

I'm not sure, but if you actually have the zipped file on your hard drive, it might be encrypted or passworded. Those are my main two guesses. It's also possible that the file is corrupt somehow. What program are you trying to open it with? Have you tried using 7-zip?

For some reason the URL that you posted won't work. Are you sure that's the right web page? I'm wondering if it's some Korean version of Rapidshare (a site to which people can upload files so that others will be able to download them). I think that you didn't post the complete address.
You should try to translate the error message. If you don't know Korean and lack a dictionary, try translate.google.com . |

Turns out that the file had an expiry date on it from the school, and had to have them send a new one today and was taken care of by staff at the Citizen's office in the City.
