I'll be moving up there in March (working in Anyang but will consider living in Suweon if it's that much cheaper). Going up house hunting in the next few weeks with the gf but was just wondering if anyone could give me some ballpark figures to go on if I'm looking for a place about 15 pyeong or a bit bigger. For example how much monthly rent can I expect to throw down the drain if I stump up 20 mil in key money? That kind of thing...

Thanks for any help you can offer Smile

Where in Anyang are you going to be working? That would depend on where you rent.

Also before you consider Suwon, I would look at Sanbon which is the area area between Anyang and Suwon.
