I have my vacation from Dec 22nd-Jan 1st. I'll do winter camp for at least 4 weeks.

I can't remember what happened last year. When does your elementary school start regular class again?

Is it early Feb, mid-Feb? I must be getting old. Laughing

I saw on my co-teacher's calendar she scribbled something in Korean on the 2nd of February, which signals the start of regular class.

She scribbled a word on the 12th of February, which I assume means the end of regular class, before the next co-teacher (assuming I get one) starts in March.

I remember my co-teacher telling me she should leave on the 28th February.

Does that mean for 2 weeks I'll have no class at all? Anybody know?

Most (all) Elementary schools have a "spring" vacation, which is usually the last 2 weeks of Feb. I was a March hiree, so I'll be using the last 2 weeks of feb for home leave. What you will do in that time, is anyone's guess? What do you normally do when the school is on vacation, but you're not? English camp? Deskwarming? Extra time off?

I have been told that between the 10th of Feburary and graduation in March that there will be no classes in my school - but as you know yourself - it depends on which Hitler is in charge of which paticular school
what goes on - sometimes on a whim.

That's excellent news. Thank you.

I couldn't remember what happened last year, but I think I was just deskwarming during that time or doing another short camp.

Either way, it seems I'll have just under 2 weeks of co-teaching with scumbelina, hopefully before she goes!
