A few years ago in Seoul I met an American guy who was married to a local, spoke Korean prefectly and had a young daughter on the back of his bicycle. We met at one of the Critical Mass rides and he seemed pretty decent. Does anyone know who he is? I have the feeling he had one of the main blogs here, but he may have now left the country.
