i'm looking to supplement my diet with a multi-vitamin, but i've heard people in the past say that brands such as centrum are cheap but don't do any good because the body can't absorb their contents. does anyone know for sure if there is any truth in that and, if so, what might be a better multi-vitamin for me to take that's high-quality but not outrageously expensive?
