I have come into work for 1 day to print out everything that is needed for next week (no it's not part of my vacation time).
I noticed as I entered the school, metal bars like curtain rails on the ground. My spidey senses started tingling and I knew there was work going on in the school.
I got into the office and all was relatively quite, no noise, suspiciously quiet.
About an hour ago, I was scared by the sound of drilling coming from the other side of the office wall, poked my head out to see somebody putting up silver hand rails down the wall.
That won't take long. Then I noticed that there was a man standing there with a theodolite. Spidey senses tingling away again, I had a quick think and decided that I have never seen a theodolite being used to fit hand rails.
I escaped the noise and called up the CT to ask her what is going on. Is there more work to be carried out next week. During the camp. The week where she assured me there would be no interruptions and noise. like the first camp.
Oh she said, they are going to redo the floors in the corridors. It will take about two weeks.
Oh FFS. |
