Do Koreans know what those shirts mean when they have vulgarities in English on them?

the opposite would be, I bought some t-shirts in Apgujung and one of them features stick figure dogs, 1 mama dog and 3 small ones trailing and underneath it says 'geseki' in English
another one is in big letters '18 nyun'
i thought those were funny and wondered if any tourists ever bought them not knowing what it meant |

If they know what they mean they are the coolest kids I know.
If they don't they are the funniest kids I know.
Especially the stuff the girls wear. There is some perverted English speaking "westerner" out there making these "Konglish" mistakes. I'm sure of it. |

| One of my very tall, graceful and very pretty girls wore a necklace that was a playboy bunny one day. I took her outside in the hall to explain to her what that symbolized. She hasn't worn it since. At some of my previous locations, I woudn't have blinked twice. But there are a LOT of soldiers in this area and I didn't want her to get harrassed because she CERTAINLY didn't LOOK like an elementary school student. |

I was maybe mean but I had to correct a very sweet 20 year old lass on the subway in Seoul her shirt said:
HUSTLER
I felt that if I did not maybe if she went to America and wore it guys would (not think she was a real *beep*) but believe her to be a girl who enjoys casual sex - and from the red color her face turned when I explained her shirt she obviously was not (a girl who engages in free sex)
whats wrong with the "whole" er who errrr word I was just explaining she was a sweet uni girl and not this... that should not be bleeped |

You just randomly told a woman on the subway that her t-shirt was perverted? that's funny...
I was wondering the same thing last week when I saw a guy wearing an Abercrombie and Fitch tshirt, that said "Spring Break" and "Wet Tshirt contest"...
And I wondered - do they even know what those two phrases mean?.....not that it really matters..... |

| I have 2 funny shirts at my elementary school. One boy wears a Cannabis shirt with a big pot leaf on it and one girl always wears this shirt that says "Break Springs on Spring Break." |

I saw one in Kangnam today that said, "I HATE MY SKIRT!" with an arrow pointing down.
She was wearing jeans. |

oh, take it from me, they all know very well what every word on their clothing means; they just pretend they don't know. It's all an act, baby. |
