Just started watching "Out of Auschwitz", a doctor is on trial for collaborating with the Nazi's, she claims she had a gun to her head. Got me thinking, simple situation,
A person is walking down the street, someone puts a gun to their head and a gun in their hand, the person pointing the gun at the other person's head says, shoot and kill someone or I will shoot you, 5.4.3.2.1
There are really two questions:
Would you shoot? If you don't know, you probably die, a 5 count isn't long enough to aim and decide.
Would you consider yourself guilty of murder? Manslaughter, whatever, you should do some serious time and possibly face life imprisonment or a death sentence. Essentially, regardless of legality, would the action be justified/right?
I think it goes almost without saying that if you shoot or try to shoot the person with the gun to your head, you be innocent by virtue of self defense (and most likely dead, having watched too many kung fu movies) however, I'm still curious about you opinion.

On 3 or 2 I'd turn my wrist and click the trigger at the one demanding this

If not a joke then I've either killed the right person (in self defense) or else died trying |

| Don't know what I would do, voted for your 5th option. I've never touched a gun and have no interest in doing so, but if forced, who knows? |
