These Dr. You products are everywhere: Dr. You granola bars, chocolate cake, crackers, rice chips, biscotti, etc. What do you think about them? Do you think they're as healthy as advertised? |

The bars aren't that great. I do really like the crackers though. |

I've asked various Koreans wether Dr. You is a real person and gotten various responses...ranging from "no, he's an advertising figure" to "Yes, he exists"....Dr. You is apparently Santa Claus. |

Dr, You makes you believe:
1, junk food is not so junk once it is from "Dr"
2, cheap food is not cheap once it is in good quality paper packages.
3, all in all, eating, to a large extent is a psychological self-satisfaction, especially in Korea. |

I tried out Dr. You's Salt and Vinegar chips, well, because they're the only Korean Salt and Vinegar I've seen. Not too bad, but not great either. |

the bars taste good to me. Most granola bars aren't super healthy in america either, but they're probably better for you than cookies. I haven't tried the protein ones yet. |

The cereal bars are kinda alright. At worst a poor mans version of a breakfast bar. |

Some of it is alright, but mostly it's just marketing. I tried some of the stuff that was supposed to be dessert and was disappointed. I like whole bran desserts and things like that, but this stuff just sucked. The Market-O stuff isn't supposed to be much healthier for but is organic (?). Once again not too big of a fan. The brownies, however, were freaking delicious. |

Funny, I just finished eating a Dr. You granola bar. It was kinda bland. |

I am a fairly adventurous eater and although I like Korean food in general, some of the stuff really sucks. |
