How much RAM?

I know it's gonna sound stupid, but are you sure about the model number? I Googled it and didn't find anything except for digital cameras. Perhaps I did it wrong. Question

1 gig of ram

Yes the model is S420a

when i google it I only see Korean websites. But don't worry, all of the drivers needed for this laptop are on LG's website.

I recieved a call from someone today saying they would take it on Tuesday. I would prefer to sell it sooner, but what can ya do.

I will let everyone here know how that goes.

So, it wasn't me after all... it was really a wrong model number... I feel less dumb knowing that! Smile

Anyway, I checked the model and one question remains: from the link provided by the other poster it seems the laptop cannot read even less burn DVDs. That's for the one in the Philippines(link), though. What about yours, can it burn DVDs?

i dunno whats going on with that model number, or possibly when I bought it from the store it came souped up already lol, but it doesnt seem to share the same traits as the other LS40a machines.

This one reads DVDs, burns DVDs - and + rw at 16x

the hdd is bigger than the one on that site, and this one has more ram.

how does this thing run?? im fairly interested, but would want it to run smoothly as i play online games with fairly high ram and graphics requirements quite a bit.
what year is this model btw?
how is the bottom for heat issues??

It runs quietly, and does not heat up very hot.

Now as for online games, I play counter strike source on it and half life 2.

I wouldnt be looking at buying a 300 dollar laptop if u are trying to play crysis or something.

anywho, im trying to sell this before this weekend
