Has anyone been to North Pandan Island, Mindoro in the Phillipines? I'm considering going there and would be traveling from Cebu. The journey would involve 2 flights and a 3 hour bus journey. Not sure if it's worth spending that amount of time (and money) to get there.I've read that the diving/snorkelling around nearby (3 hour boat ride) Apo Reef is very good and that would be one of the main reasons for going.
