|
|
There is a Steeler fan club in just about every major city on the planet, is there one in Seoul? Given Hines Ward, one would think...
I lived in Pittsburgh for about 15 years, and miss it intensely. Are any bars showing the game against SD?
Any stores sell Iron City beer? Primantis?
There was a recent article in the New York Times about the Pittsburgh Renaissance:

You do know the Steelers-SD game is at 6:30 am Monday morning our time, right?
Watch it here

Where are the Eagles fans? I guess I'm a rare breed.
I'd like to see the Eagles and Steelers in the SB. |

If the Eagles beat the Giants, and it COULD happen, then Andy Reid should get a parade in Philly, not matter what else happens. |

They STILL don't show many Steeler games on TV here, even the big ones.
Besides, Koreans, and most expats, don't understand what is happening. |

I like our chances. We beat the Giants at their place and had a dogfight earlier at home. We destroyed the Cardinals and squeaked one out against Pittsburgh, but were annihilated by Baltimore. It should be an interesting post-season from here on for every team. |

I'm a Lions fan. Ummm. I almost sure there isn't a fan club anywhere in the world. |

The Eagles are hot and healthy, plus the defense is playing well and is experienced. David Akers also is playing well. The Giants can't be happy to be playing such a tough team, especially one that beat them during the regular season. |

Hopefully we can repeat what the Giants did last year as a 6th seed. |

The Dolphins just went from 1-15 to 11-5 and won the division. With the right coach/GM/QB anything is possible. |

And I'm a Saints fan. We should start up a club for perennial losers. |

I sucked it up and bought NFL game pass (and now the playoff pack) with a few other teachers at my school. That way, I can watch the game after work provided I'm successful with my self-imposed media blackout. Best thing I ever did. And this weekend I actually get to watch football on Sunday- asah!
That said, I'm a little worried about Ben. Historically, he's not too sharp immediately after coming back from a concussion. Let's hope the O' Line brings it.
If all goes well, I'd like to see Titans/Steelers after we knock off SD. We lost to them, yes, but Lendale White stomping on a Terrible Towel?? Our boys are going to be pissed off and intent on revenge if we wind up in Tennessee. They'll be scraping White off the bottom of Harrison's shoe, and that's something I'll be looking forward to watching. |

Okay. Well the Lions just fired their coach and fired their GM mid season. We have several top round picks. I hope and pray with my team does better next time. |

FINALLY getting rid of GM Matt Millen was the key. He was possibly the worst GM in the history of American sports. If Bill Cowher is smart, he'll take the Lions GM job. |
