A question for those of you who have studied Korean fulltime or currently are doing so:
What are you doing for health insurance? Were you able to get private coverage from a Korean company and, if so, how much is it monthly? |

Good question, I'd like to know the answer to this too. |

After some digging, I've found this out.
If you have a student visa then you can use the National Health Program at a cost of something like 20,000/month. Seems pretty good to me.
You need the visa, arc card, and proof of school admission.
The same is required for Korean private insurance, however, it's more expensive and would potentially cover more.
If you are studying on a tourist visa then you have to look elsewhere. To what....I don't know. |

I'm studying here full time (not studying Korean). School set up some insurance stuff for us at about 14,000 won a month or something. |
