Hey guys up for sale is a used Macbook Pro that I used for a little over a year. Here are the specs
2.2 ghz core 2 duo santa rosa processor
4gb DDR2 ram
250 gig HD
nvidia geforce 8600m GT video card
Leopard installed (Tiger Disks)
15.4 screen
I have upgraded the ram from 2 gb to 4 gb and the hard drive from 120 to 250.
Known issues: There are some scratches on the bottom of the case. Also, it seems like the super drive has trouble burning disks. Only certain brands seem to work, and sometimes you need to use a disk cleaner to work. Regular CD's/DVD's work FINE (I just reinstalled Leopard) I'm not sure if that's indicative of a dying super drive, but I wasn't going to pay the 420,000 won asking price to get a new one. The battery still lasts about a good 2~3 hrs depending on what you use it for. Everything else works well and the machine still runs like new. Apple wouldn't sell me apple care because of the scratches on the bottom of the case, so there is no warranty.
The reason I'm selling this is because I wanted something lighter and more mobile. =)
I'm also throwing in a 2nd gen 4 gb ipod that still runs well, even though it's scratched up pretty badly. I'll also include an armband that you can use while exercising.
I'm located in hongdae, and you can email me @ [email protected] or send me a txt msg 010-7515-0722
Pics are provided but please feel free to check it out.... Keyboard covers and palm rest covers have been on since day one to prevent nasty stuff getting in =).
I have an offer back in the states ($1000) and can have someone take it back at the end of January, but I'd rather not deal with the hassle, so I'll set the price to 900,00W OBO for the whole package.
And lastly, if you aren't interested, don't come in and blast my post. Please?^^

Good price on the MBP!
I had very similar issues with mine last week - disk errors, bad burns, then totally nothing. In desperation I bought a 2,500 won DVD cleaner from Lotte Mart and the Superdrive has been running just fine since then.
Worth $2 to give it a shot...?
Good luck with the sale,

I tried that already but I got it from yongsan. It seems to be so random when it works and when it doesn't... so I just gave up. Maybe someone more determined can give it a shot? Oh, btw... new superdrives cost less than $100 shipped from ebay. Judging from the ifixit.com guides, it doesn't look to hard to install so......... |

Sounds like it's on it's last leg...a cool mill w/ a blown superdrive and it costs 420 to replace. If I were u I'd grab that 1000 back in the states and run. With the prices of apple gear I often wonder if the people who buy Mac aren't on crack. |

@ Jeff's cigarettes
Did you read the last line of my post? I had it stress tested by the apple A/S center before I listed it, and they said nothing was wrong, they even said the superdrive was fine (hardware wise). They asked if I DID wanted it replaced, it would be 420k. They just said if it doesn't burn, just get an external drive. Also, I've stated OBO. Which means whatever one thinks it's worth. If you aren't interested, why even bother?
Oh, and Brandonhill... I've already bought a sony... Sorry.... |

I've been getting some questions and wanted to clarify something. This laptop was bought in AMERICA, so it doesn't have the korean keyboard...You can still input korean, but you just have to know where the characters are. The ipod also holds a good charge. |

hey I can't send you a PM but I'm definitely interested. Please get back to me and let me know if it's still up for sale. I live in Daejeon.
Would you willing to let it go for 850,000? I can pick it up this Saturday |
