We're looking to go to a really cheesy mega-night club next weekend in Gwangju....does anyone have any recommendations? We want the whole 9 yards, dancers on stage with ridiculous MC, etc.
At any rate, I no longer live there...but something similar to Gwang Night in Mokpo is exactly what we're looking for.....taking a couple friends to the night club who have never been. |

There's an AWESOMELY huge and terrible one right by the bus terminal. Can't remember the name of it but it has all the bells and whistles, including a team of sexy dancers who frolic twenty feet above the stage on a steel scaffolding/ cage thing. They wear leather bikinis and whatnot.
It's massive and very popular. The foreigners here rarely go there or even know about it, I think...anyway, it's massive, you can't miss it, it says '나이트' in twenty foot flashing neon letters.
Have fun! It's all that you could hope for in a big Korean nightclub. |
