My passport is getting pretty close to full capacity, and I'm wondering when I ought to request more pages from the Embassy.

Right now I have two full free pages- page 20 and 21. And two half pages- page 8 and 19. Will countries that don't require visas stamp on a half page?

Basically, I'm going to Japan tomorrow, and then hope to go to Taiwan or Hong Kong in May. I'm thinking the passport should be fine through all that . . .

But. Come July, I'm taking a little 1.5 month adventure through Turkey, Ukraine, and Russia (and potentially a few other countries in the region). When should I look at getting those extra pages?

Thanks,
politica

Whats the prize for waiting? I'd just do it before May then not have to think about it again.

You dont say where you're from but you know all nationalities dont offer extra pages? Americans can get them but Canadians cant. Dont know about other countries.
