| Why should this be yours, mine or anyone's business? The guy's 23 y/o and he works his ass off 10 months a year. If the dude wants to drink a few cold ones and get clammed while he's off, that's his business and certainly not the government's. Anyways, it looks like authorities are pressing charges and he has said his behavior was "regrettable." He should have said, 'leave me alone.' |

Make him pay taxes on it. People who smoke cigarettes pay taxes. |
