Sorry to not use the visa sticky, but I couldn't find the info I needed.

I need to renew my visa for another year with the same employer. I gave them a criminal record check and a medical less than a year ago. I'm told, by my handler, that I need to submit a new medical check.
My question is: what kind of medical is required at present? Is it the full physical or just the blood and pee test?
My school claims it's just blood and pee, but I'd like to confirm that.
Anybody got recent experience renewing a visa?
