do we need to submit a medical and drug test in order to obtain ARC in Korea? or is it specifically for E-2 visa holders?

For me, through negligence of the school or by luck, I didn't have to do any of the medical checks. However, I believe you need to get the medical work done regardless of your visa, as long as you're working in a school. Someone with more knowledge can correct me if I'm wrong. I work at a Public High School through GEPIK, if that makes any difference.
