Either one is fine. Just fried my Tascam 4-track cassete recorder with the wrong adapter. Looking for anything to do some recording. Thanks. |

i'd pick up a firewire or USB interface/preamp and use a computer. |

Yeah,yeah,yeah, that would be the easy way, - although my computer skills beyond e-mail are sketchy at best. I also have a bunch of old recordings on cassette that I don't want to lose. I guess cassettes are the new 8-track, if your old enough to remember those. Thanks for the suggestion! |

you may have just fried the adapter not the recorder its self.. |

that being said Nagwon music arcade and Seoul folk flea market have hundred of tascam cassette 4's for sale. Elsewhere in Korea I don't know but you can always try ordering off ebay if they will ship international. |
