sent regular mail from the US?
My apostilled CRC was mailed Dec. 29 (I know because I got up in the middle of the night and called them) and it still hasn't arrived. I went to Immi yesterday and they begrudgingly gave me until Feb. 3 for an extension.

No
I've had letters turn up after two months, often with letters which were sent a week ago. Not sure if somebody can't be bothered to read them
Strangely I've had letters addressed to my apartment which went missing turn up with letters sent to my school 7 days before.
So it may well just be floating around a post office somewhere.
For something important like a CRC check I use either international recored or FED-EX document serviice |

I've never had any trouble before. Most letters from home arrive in about 10 days for me. Like a fool, I didn't enclose a return pre-paid envelope. What an idiot.
The man at Immi was none too pleasant about this. |
