So I'm trying to register my bank account for Pay pal. Not my bank nor my school knows what this is....it wouldn't happen to be my pension number would it or ARC?

Also, as a public school employees, I'm exempt from taxes for the first two years here....I checked my pay slips and didn't see anything removed for tax purposes(that I remember...).

I was told to get a certificate of residency for tax purposes(by people here), but I applied and it was revoked Rolling Eyes I've been kinda slow getting around to applying again....anybody know if there will be problems if I don't get a certificate. I'm from the USA if it matters.
