Employment Contract

the following contract is an agreement between the :

Employee name :_______________________ Passport#____________________________

Employer name :____________ Title : ______________________

The contract is made and signed by both or the parties, intending to be legally bound, under the terms and

This contract subjects the Employer and Employee to th following conditions and terms ;

The Employee agrees to hire the Employee to fulfill the position of English Language Instructor and all duties

thereof for the time from the day the Employee starts his/her duties included in the contract or by agreement

Employment Term : from___2011-08-01_______ to_____2012-07-31______________

A month salary of _____2,300,000 KRW_______ will be guaranteed .Overtime charge : 18,000 per hour. The

salaries are paid monthly. One month's extra salary will be given upon the completion or the contract.

*special Friday class once a Month/ 10 days of paid vacation per year.

3.5% of income will be deducted from the employee's gross for Korean taxes.

The Employee has a right to apply for the NMI(National Medical Insurance).When the teacher applies for the

NMI, the total will be around 5% of the one's salary. The Employer should support 50% or it. Another 50% will be

withheld from the employee's salary.

Within 14 days of the termination of the contract, the Employer will withdraw its sponsorship or the Employee's

legal alien status within the ROK and inform to the Immigration Bureau. The Employee must avcate the company

housing during the 3-day period or the effective date of termination.

The employee shall be responsible for any damages caused by the misconduct of himself/herself.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This agreement will be governed by the laws of the ROK. This Employment Agreement is made between the

What is your pay date?

Where are the provisions for your pension payments?

What are your work hours?
