Ive got a cell phone with KTF, out of contract at the moment. I would like to buy a cool new phone, but was told by a friend I would need to sign a one or two year contract to get the discounted rate.

But im not entirely sure how long im going to be in Korea.

So was wondering what the cancellation fee is? Also can I port my number over to another carrier?
