Posted before, but no response.

Are there any stores that stock teaching supplies? I'm looking for things beyond what is carried at an office supply place, such as timers and podiums.

I know it's not too helpful, but I bought all my stuff online. You probably need a korean to help you out.

There are furniture stores for new desks, tables, chairs, boards, podiums, etc. There are also used goods sites where you can get stuff pennies on the dollar. Don't ask for specifics.

A friend who owns a hagwon (not English hagwon) helped me find stuff I needed. example-- two optimus projectors (dvd player built in) for 250,000 won. A scratched up white board (6ft X 4 ft) and a mobile stand for 50,000 won.

I don't know if the white board was a deal, but the projectors were a steal.
