Tuna is readily available here and can be used to prepare convenient meals - sandwiches, salads etc.
Just be aware, a number of health advisory watchdogs make a link between tuna fish and high levels of mercury. Mercury is known to have developmental risks in young children, fetuses so young children and pregnant women are of particular concern however there are risks to people of all ages, so it's worth checking out:

I'll add it to my list of four billion things to worry about.
The mercury thing is hysteria.
Read here:
http://www.scottjosephorlando.com/food_drink_other_stuff/2008/12/sushigate-jeremy-piven-blames-raw-fish-for-broadway-departure-seafood-scientists-say-something-smell.html
"According to a calculator at mercuryfacts.com, an organization that apparently thinks mercury gets a bad rap, Piven would have to eat about 108 pieces of tuna sushi every week for his entire lifetime to reach dangerous metal levels. (Some types of tuna are known to have higher mercury levels than some other kinds of fish.)"
"The Center for Consumer Freedom says that if Piven does have mercury poisoning from eating sushi, his would be the first documented case in the U.S. Further, they claim the health benefits from eating fish -- in moderation -- far outweigh any possible side effects. Some fear that Piven's claims may steer people away consuming fish."
There is a point where you have to realise that the human body is simply a protective coating against any number of environmental hazards. The whole universe is poisonous. Relax, we are doomed.

There's no need to worry about it. |

I've read that link and based on the information it seems that there is some fearmongering going on. Okay, myth busted.
However...
Sushi is a somewhat misleading sample, considering the amount of tuna fish in a portion.
Personally, I am eating a can of tuna fish a day. Given my weight (184.8 lbs) and the type of tuna (yellowfin from local mart) I can eat 10 cans a week according to the calculator at mercuryfacts.com
Granted, I eat an unusually high amount of tuna fish. Korean women, I imagine, would weigh considerably less than me. |

I've been saying that for a long time, but obviously the super-intelligent Han people know better. 'Just eat some kimchi.' |

While I agree that you always need to hear two sides of the story. This organization is surely biased.

The Center for Consumer Freedom is a nonprofit corporation run by lobbyist Richard Berman through his Washington, D.C.-based for-profit public relations company, Berman & Co. The Center for Consumer Freedom, formerly known as the Guest Choice Network, was set up by Berman with a $600,000 donation from tobacco company Philip Morris.
Berman arranges for large sums of corporate money to find its way into nonprofit societies of which he is the executive director. He then hires his own company as a consultant to these nonprofit groups. Of the millions of dollars donated by Philip Morris between the years 1995 and 1998, 49 percent to 79 percent went directly to Berman or Berman & Co.
Richard Berman is an influence peddler. He has worked out a scheme to funnel charitable donations from wealthy corporations into his own pocket. In exchange, he provides a flurry of disinformation, flawed studies, op-ed pieces, letters to the editor, and trade-industry articles, as well as access to his high-level government contacts, who are servants of the industries he represents.
Bermans name might sound familiar. In 1995, Berman and Norm Brinker, his former boss at Steak and Ale Restaurants, were identified as the special-interest lobbyists who donated the $25,000 that disgraced then-House Speaker Newt Gingrich, who was hauled before the House Ethics Committee for influence-peddling over the money. Berman and Brinker were lobbying against raising the minimum wage.
Richard Berman is a spin doctor. For example, he has argued against a Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) initiative to lower the blood alcohol content (BAC) limit for drivers by claiming that the stricter limits would punish responsible social drinkers. He has claimed that U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) warnings about salmonella-related food poisoning are just whipping up fear over
food. |

CCF has drawn criticism for taking its startup funding from the Philip Morris tobacco company and for lobbying on behalf of the fast food, meat, and tobacco industries while representing consumers.[35][2][36][37][38]
Some groups opposed by CCF question its ethics and legitimacy. The president of the American Federation of Teachers referred to the CCF's leader as "a shameless lobbyist who has shilled for pesticide, alcohol and tobacco companies."

I assumed it had fishery connections, not a surprise. If I were in the fishing industry I would want to issue a rebuttal and set the record straight. Besides, anyone who publishes anything has an agenda. An agenda does not render something nonfactual.
However, let's look at it this way...
Have you or anyone you've ever met had mercury poisoning as a result of eating too much fish?
My crazy guess might be 'No.'
I have no first, second, third or fourth hand experience of anyone ever having had heavy metal poisoning from fish. I've met people who lost people in air crashes, to HIV, to cancer, even a guy who knew someone who died being struck by lightening (true), but never mercury poisoning. I even know a guy who was run over by an ambulance. |

Your argument seems to based on the following: because you haven't met somebody that has experienced the results of a phenomenon, that phenomenon mustn't exist. I've never met anybody killed by a nuclear explosion, therefore nuclear explosions don't occur.
Cheap and easily obtainable tuna fish is a relatively new commodity and is often associated with good dieting and health. If complications did arise from its continued use then it would be a rare occurrence and the link between certain illnesses and its usage mightn't be established.
There's no need to worry, just be aware that 'everything in moderation' applies to tuna fish as well. |

It's one of the 8,432 varieties, but it's there in the bigger chain stores. Yellow and blue can, with "MUL Chamchi" written on it. |

Whatever, tuna is one of the best and most nutritious things to eat and I love it. A little bit of quicksilver never hurt anyone (helps gives your hair a nice lustrous shine ) |
