Looks like rather than offer more options on expensive versions, Microsuck is limiting the ability for their low-end "starter" edition of Windows 7 to three multitasked applications:

anyone else think that a lower case xp looks like a maaaaaelom
The starter is the lowest of the low for 7 configurations, I'd expect most people will be getting Home at least. I'm still on XP and am tempted by 7, but am going to wait for the reviews. |
