If you have any questions for jdog2050, I will be interviewing him for a podcast to air this weekend. You can find his thread about finally getting money from his boss after taking her to the labor board.
Please post questions for jdog2050 here. You can read some about his experience here:
http://forums.eslcafe.com/korea/viewtopic.php?t=145376
Thanks!
I am also attempting to make this a 2-part show, after I set up another interview (hopefully). |

Some questions regarding this:
1. Did he have any problems trying to receive the money he was entitled to after the trial?
2. How long did it take for him to get the ball rolling (when problems started and receiving the money)?
3. What was the biggest thing that he learnt about this experience?
4. What would he recommend if anyone else is in the same position.
5. Did he ever think of giving up? If so, why and what made him continue?
6. What was his source of motivation when dealing with this?
7. What was the name of the Hagwon?
8. Was this the person's first Hagwon or did they already spend some time in Korea before this happened?
Sorry for the numerous questions, but I think this could be a really interesting podcast. |

Did he feel fairly treated by the Korean legal system. (as a foreigner) I know he won but I mean through the actual process. |

No questions, but thanks for bringing back the podcast! I thought it was defunct, so it's good to see another episode. |

Thanks. I was just too busy during the semester. I'll try to get out at least one every few weeks or month from now on. |

What was the most bizarre or potentially humourous aspect of your experience (though I am sure the frustration level was high, there must have been times when you considered this)? |

One question;
After all the legal proceedings, will it affecting trying to get another (teaching) job in Korea? |
