Currently two Call Centres 02-120(Seoul), 031-120(Gyeonggido) are advertising with a slogan "Whatever ask we'll help you" for residents in Korea.

For example if you've no idea how to find the closest bank in street you'd be directed instantly with above numbers.

Or if you upset about naughty taxi or bus drivers who treated badly passengers you can report to them.

Instant Bus Information is one of the useful services from them as well.

There are english services so please don't hesitate to call the numbers as foreigners. (09:00-18:00 Mon to Fri, during weekend or out of working hours, you'd get feed back during weekday.)

Below questions are typical inquires from Korean day by day.

"Help me to find my lost wallet which are on the subway."
"I'm trying to renew my visa (or passport) how I prepare or know which immigration office is close from my home?"
"How can I go to Korean Embassy from Kangnam?"
"What shall I do for naturalization in Korea as a permanant residents?"
"Oh, gush, the pipe in my house was frozen!"
...

Practical Guidance for foreigners are also able to be covered due to the english speaker. Although you cannot get a phone right a way you'd be receiving later with correct information.

I wish above numbers would be a help for your better life in Korea.

02-120(Seoul), 031-120(Gyeonggido)
