I use a 10% iodine solution called providone-idodine (brand name "Betadine") that I import from the USA.

But now I'm out.

For all you pierced freaks in Korea, what products in Korea do you use to clean your body piercings?

I can't remember the name of what I used, but I walked into a pharmacy and showed them my piercing, played a little charades until the pharmacist understood I wanted to clean it, and he gave me a bottle of whatever it was.

Alternatively, they do piercings in the markets at Dongdaemun. I am sure they would stock cleaning lotions there.

Did he tip you out? Laughing

Thanks for the info.

About the Dongdaemun piercing people: I haven't been there myself, but my girlfriend shopped for some jewelry for me. She explained I use straight barbells. The guy convinced her that curved bars would work just fine for me. He was an idiot or a liar. She was just naive and trusted him since jewelry is his business.

My original piercing was from 1997, you're close, but body modification is ancient and at the same time still developing into the future.

If they've healed you might just use and antibacterial soap and water. Or just a perfume free one like ivory...
