I used to encounter it at work, less nowadays. I also have seen it in public places quite a bit.

As you approach some Koreans, who for whatever reason don't appear to like you..................

They talk to one another, try to look superior and then say what sounds like 'Air...air...air' in a rising intonation, like they are going to sneeze (atch-oo). They seem to say this just before they part company.

It seems like they are saying, 'Ah........yes.......a likely story'. Or they could be saying, 'Yes.....yes.......I get it........I understand what they are all about....I've worked them out.......I've found them out........I've sussed them out'.

Do you know what I mean? Laughing

What they are saying is "I know, I know , I know"

In your case, however, they are hinting that you should take a shower.

Me take a shower?!! I have a shower every night.

They stink (in every way), not me. Laughing
