Seoul National University hospital or the Yonsei Severence hospital. Your best bets for English.

Seoul National University Hospital at Hyewha station.

It cost 60,000, plus 30,000 for the chest x-ray if you need it (my understanding is that you do), so 90,000. Still cheaper than what I've heard from other places, and the service is pretty good.

Do you have to bring any paperwork with you from your school? Do they give the results to you or do they send it to the school?
