So, I make beer; one of the reasons I do it here is the chance to use funky asian ingredients. Last night I made a beer with a medicinal mushroom and the wort(the grain/water that's not beer yet) tastes pretty good.
That got me thinking--since Korea doesn't have a strong beer culture, all their strange ingredients must be locked up in tea making. Does anyone know a Korean tea class or tasting-course or something like that? |
