During the past 3 days, Google has been going up and down and I don't mean in share price. The site is not working at times which is odd for Google. Network timeout. Page load error. Server taking too long to respond. Sorta like how this site does, but Google doesn't sit and spin, it either immediatly works or it don't.

In all my internetting years, I've never seen Google fail to function like in the past 3 days.
