I've probably missed the answer to this question elsewhere.
I travel from Daegu to Seoul every other week to see my girlfriend (she makes the trips to Daegu in-between) by bus or train. Between us we will spend a good 2 million Won or more on public transport this year.
In England we have yearly rail cards or bus passes you can buy to get a 10% or higher discount. We've tried looking on the Korail/Kobus websites but there doesn't seem to be any similar scheme in Korea.
The only benefit I can think of obtaining from this outlay is getting her to always buy the tickets on her credit card to build up points on it.
Does anybody know anything different / have any other suggestions (aside from chucking her ^^)? |

KTX membership but you have to pay an annual fee and then you get 10% off. |
